TOPICKA was named in honor of our dog, Mika—because just like her, this game is full of energy, heart, and fun. And yes, TOPICKA rhymes with Mika (pretty cute, right?). It also reflects what this game is all about: ToPickA Topic and start real conversations.

I grew up in a home where real conversations were part of everyday life. Now as real estate professionals, we want to give kids the same chance to explore real-life topics—like homeownership, money, and responsibility—in a way that’s engaging, age-appropriate, and meaningful. We’re not expecting a 5th grader to buy a house tomorrow, but we do believe in planting the seed. When kids have space to talk about real-world ideas in a fun, approachable way, they start building confidence and curiosity that lasts.
